Placing Orders

Does Simply Intimate have a physical retail presence?

To ensure a discreet shopping experience with personalized service, all sales transactions are solely online. No retail shop for walk-in purchase or browsing at the moment, we appreciate your kind understanding.

Are all the products in stock?

We are a ACRA registered company since 2007. All products listed on our website are in ready stock for next day delivery, unless otherwise stated. We are not a drop shipper. However, please note that inventory can change significantly from day to day. If items ordered are unavailable, we will inform you upon order confirmation.

Selected sold-out items may be back in stock again. For enquiries, please email us at info@simplyintimate.com.sg

How do I place an order?

Please follow the steps below:
1) To purchase an item, select the colour, size and quantity as required. Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
2) Click on ‘View Cart’ to check the items you have selected for purchase.
3) In ‘My Shopping Cart’ page, please verify the items you have selected and the total amount payable. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button to confirm your order.
4) You will be re-directed to ‘Checkout’ page. Please complete the order confirmation form.
5) Click on ‘Submit Order’ button to send your order to us.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to you within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, we will inform you by email for further action.

For all stock items, we will send you a confirmation via email verifying the delivery address and a payment advice will be attached indicating your order number, purchase amount and delivery charges (if applicable). Please ensure that your emails are checked periodically so that you can advise discrepancies within the next 2 hours if any.  Upon receipt of the payment advice, you are required to make payment to us within 3 working days using one of the payment modes listed below, otherwise your order will be void.

To prevent any discrepancies, please notify us by email with your order number and bank account number for verification after payment has been made. Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a payment acknowledgement within 24 hours and your order will be processed for delivery the next working day. Please refer to the following sections for more details on payment modes and delivery.

What are the payment options available?

All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Acceptable payment methods as follows:

Local orders within Singapore
  • Internet Banking, Inter Bank Transfer or ATM Transfer.
        Please transfer to our account:

    POSB/DBS Bank
        POSB CURRENT Account Number: 809-13692-2

    *NOTE: INTERBANK TRANSFER FROM OTHER BANKS will require 3 working days (excluding Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) to be reflected in our bank account. Delivery or self-collection can only be done upon receipt of payment after 3 working days.

    *For all self-collection orders, we advise payment to be made upon order confirmation to secure your order before collection.

  • International Orders
  •  Paypal/Credit Card
  •     * 5% surcharge on the total bill amount applicable. We will
         provide you with our paypal details upon order confirmation.
  •  Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer
  •     * Any bank charges are at customer’s cost. We will provide
        you with our bank details upon order confirmation.
  • Western Union
        We accept payment by westen union. Please provide us the
        MTCN 10-digit number located on your confirmation receipt,
        your firstname and last name after the payment has been
        transferred.
  • Delivery

    What are the delivery / shipping options & charges?

    For all local deliveries within Singapore
    Choose from the delivery options below:
  • Local Courier Service:
        Mon-Sun Before 12PM, 12PM-5PM or 5PM-8PM
        Free delivery for orders of SGD100 (nett) & above. Otherwise
        delivery charge of SGD10 will be levied.

  •     Payment Cut-Off Time:
        12PM for next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery
        12PM on Fri for Sat/Sun delivery
        *All orders are delivered to the address EXACTLY as it is
        entered on the order confirmation form at checkout. If any
        item is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient
        address, we will charge an additional SGD10 for each
        re-delivery.

        
  • Postal Service
        Delivery charges by postage will be based on weight
        & costs by Singpost. Additional SGD2.00 will be
        applicable for registered mail. Actual postage charges
        will be advised upon order confirmation.
        *Simply Intimate will not be responsible for any lost in mail.
        Registered mail is strongly recommended to ensure
        successful delivery.

  • Meet-Up @ Major MRT Stations (For order value above $30)
        Meet up is possible for PAID ORDERS ONLY.
        Date & time subject to our convenience.
        We will try our best to accomodate.
        Please confirm meet up venue, date & time at least 1 day
        in advance.
        We will be in contact with you upon order confirmation.

  • International shipping:     
  • Registered Airmail or Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service
        Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to
        the prevailing shipment rates. We will notify you on the
        shipping rates applicable once order is confirmed. Please
        note we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
        * On reaching your country, your order may be subjected to
        local customs clearance, import duties and taxes. All
        government taxes/duties and other additional charges in
        your country must be  borne by you. We are neither
        responsible for these charges nor  will we issue credit
        for items seized by the customs of any country. You may
        wish to contact your local customs office or post office for
        further information.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    For all local deliveries within Singapore:
    Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed for delivery the next working day and we will notify you by email on the actual delivery schedule.
    For delivery by postage service, please allow 2-3 working days.
    Delivery by courier service is available from Mon-Sun & Public Holidays before 12PM, 12PM-5PM or 5PM-8PM.
    For delivery via registered mail, tracking is available from the next working day here: http://www.singpost.com
    *Please note that we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time. All delivery times are dependent on the courier service provider. In event of unsuccessful delivery, your order will be return back to us for further delivery arrangements. Please note that SGD10 is chargable for each re-delivery.

    International shipping:
    We use Registered Airmail or Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service (EMS) for all international shipment. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed for delivery the next working day. We will notify you by email on the tracking number for tracking the delivery status of your package via Singpost website. Estimated delivery for Speedpost Worlwide Courier (EMS) is within 1 to 4 working days to major cities of the world.     Reseller & Wholesale Enquiry

    We welcome enquiries from resellers and international wholesale buyers. Resellers or wholesale buyers must have a valid business registration or license. Please email a copy of your business registration and a description of your business to info@simplyintimate.com.sg

    Exchange & Return Policy

    Simply Intimate is committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. We will take every care to visually inspect each item to ensure it is in good condition before delivery. All items will be properly packed and wrapped for delivery. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any opened or used products, all sales are final. We offer 1 to 1 replacement if the product is faulty, which is provided we are contacted within 3 days upon delivery. Please note returned goods must be in all the original packaging. Courier charges will not be refunded. Please notify us prior to returning the products by writing to us at customersvc@simplyintimate.com. All decisions related to returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Simply Intimate.

    IMPORTANT: Due to hygiene reasons, all lingerie items are not returnable or exchangeable. Please make sure your lingerie size is correct before submitting your order to us.

    Disclaimer

    All products are sold as novelties and Simply Intimate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Simply Intimate puts in the best efforts to display the colours of all products as accurately as possible on the website. Simply Intimate do not guarantee that the colour you see is the exact colour of the products due to photo resolution, quality, PC settings and the monitor you use. Simply Intimate will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during delivery. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier's terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control. Simply Intimate reserves the rights to amend the order, delivery or shipping policy without prior notice.
