- Delivery timeslot Mon-Fri (no deliveries on PH) 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm, 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm or 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm
- Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days upon payment. Your parcel will be delivered within 3 working days upon dispatched.
- Please update us on your preferred delivery date & timeslot (subject to courier availability).
- Tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been picked up by the courier.
- Please note that deliveries will be done during your selected timeslot. We cannot guarantee the actual delivery time. All delivery times are dependent on the courier service provider.
- In event of unsuccessful delivery, your order will be returned back to the courier delivery base for further arrangements. Please note re-delivery have to be done within 1 week from the first delivery attempt. Otherwise your parcel will be returned to us and SGD8 is chargable for each return parcel to be re-delivered again.
- Please note our courier will not be able to deliver to Sentosa, Military Camps & designated no-go-zones.

- Meet-up location & schedule to be advised upon order. Preferably at central MRT stations. Strictly NO COD transactions.
- Date & time subject to our convenience, however we’ll try to accomodate your request. Meet up date & time to be advised upon order confirmation.
- Do confirm your preferred meet up venue, date & time at least 2 days in advance. Please whatsapp or sms 9222 6788 to enquire or leave a comment below.
- All orders are delivered to the address EXACTLY as it is entered on the order confirmation form at checkout. If any item is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient address, an additional delivery charge is applicable for each re-delivery.
- Simply Intimate will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during delivery. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control. However, we are committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. We will take every care to visually inspect each item to ensure it is in good condition before delivery. All items will be properly packed and wrapped for delivery.
