At Simply Intimate, we try to understand your needs. Below are our answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. However, if your concerns and queries are not answered here, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
- Does Simply Intimate have a physical retail presence?
All sales transactions are solely online. No retail shop for walk-in purchase or browsing at the moment, we appreciate your kind understanding.
- Are all the products in stock?
We are a ACRA registered company and we hold physical inventory for all products listed on our website unless otherwise stated. However, please note that inventory can change significantly from day to day. If items ordered are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- How do I place an order?
Please follow the steps below:
1) To purchase an item, select the colour, size and quantity as required. Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
2) Click on ‘View Cart’ to check the items you have selected for purchase.
3) When you are ready to finalized your purchase, click on In ‘My Cart’ button at the top left of the page.
4) Please verify the items you have selected and select your payment mode. The total amount payable will be updated. Click on the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button to confirm your order.
5) You will be re-directed to ‘Checkout’ page. Please complete your billing & delivery information. Leave a comment about your order if required.
6) Select your preferred payment mode: iBanking/ATM bank transfer or Paypal (for credit card payments)
7) Click ‘Place Order’ button to complete your purchase.
8) For Paypal payment mode, you’ll be re-directed to complete your payment via Paypal.
9) For iBanking/ATM bank transfer mode, you’ll have to proceed to arrange payment to us within 24Hours from the time of your order submission.
- Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?
Not mandatory. You may proceed to checkout your order as a guest and complete your purchase without registration. For your convenience, we encourage you to create an account for future purchases & to enjoy exclusive loyalty discount.
- How do I know if my order has been processed?
An electronic acknowledgement will be emailed to you upon successful submission of your order.
- How do I pay for my order?
Currently we only accept payment made via iBanking or ATM transfer to our bank account & Paypal (all major credit cards, you do not need a Paypal account).
- Can I amend or cancel my order after submission?
To allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors, we do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it is confirmed.
- What happens if my payment is not made within the payment timeframe?
Please note that your orders will be cancelled & deemed as void automatically if payments are not made within 24hours from order submission & items in your orders will be released for sale again. We will not hesitate to blacklist dead buyers.
- Do you have a shop where I can browse & purchase on the spot?
We do not have any retail shops currently and meet ups for order pick-up is possible (for PAID ORDERS ONLY) at major MRT stations. Please select the meet-up option upon order checkout and we will be in contact with you to arrange for the appointment, the earliest possible collection date will be the next working day. Meet-up date & time subject to our convenience, however we will try our best to accomodate. PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT HAVE TO BE MADE BEFORE MEET-UP, STRICTLY NO COD TRANSACTION.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. However international orders will have to be submitted separately. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
- What are the currencies accepted?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar. For Paypal payments, the respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency.
- Any exchange or refund allowed?
Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any used products. We offer 1 to 1 replacement if the product is defective within 3 days upon receipt of delivery. Please note returned goods must be in all the original packaging. Delivery/postage charges will not be refunded. Please contact us via email with a snapshot of the defective area/s and we will be in contact with you as soon as we can. All decisions related to returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Simply Intimate. All sales are final and no refund is allowed. In event that the item is sold out upon exchange, you may replace with other item of the same value. Otherwise we will issue store credits of the same value to be used for future purchase with us.
- I have not received any reply to my email inquiries
We aim to respond to your enquiries or feedbacks within the shortest time possible. Do allow up to 24 hours for us to reply to you. Please check your email junk/spam folders too.
- Measurements & size guide
Measurements are indicated under the product description of each item. Note all measurements are hand measured hence do allow up to 0.5″-0.8″ discrepancies. If you require further clarifications, kindly email us with your measurements so we can help you further.
Pit-to Pit (PTP) measures the armpit area across of the dress/blouse when it is laid flat. This is the same type of measurement for waist, hips etc. To get the circumference, multiply these measurements by 2.
All measurements are measured in inches. To convert to CM, pls multiply by 2.5. Remember to factor in the multiplication of 2 in order to get circumference. E.g circumference of waist in CM = measurement in inches x 2.5 x 2.
- Are the actual products true to the photos shown?
Product photos are taken from actual products. Any variances to the model image will be indicated in the product description and additional photos will be available in the product gallery. Simply Intimate puts in the best effort to display the colors of all products as accurately as possible on the website. Simply Intimate do not guarantee that the colour you see is the exact color of the products due to photo resolution, quality, PC settings and the monitor you use.
- Can I try the costumes before purchase?
We understand that nobody likes to purchase a costume that has been tried on by countless bodies. To ensure hygiene & quality of our costumes, we do not accept fitting of costumes before purchase. Please refer to the size measurements & actual product photo before you make your purchase. If the costume does not fit you well, we offer the flexibility to exchange for another costume of your choice from the available costumes in store. No refund will be accepted, hence exchange will be based on your purchase value or top up the difference for any higher value item.
